Job Description

  • Evaluate job positions, determining classification, exempt or non-exempt status, and salary.
  • Prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
  • Research job and worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and occupations, and occupational trends.
  • Perform multi-factor data and cost analyses that may be used in areas such as support of collective bargaining agreements.
  • Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, and career path reports to summarize job analysis and evaluation and compensation analysis information.
  • Assist HR Director at Plan, develop, evaluate, improve, and communicate methods and techniques for selecting, promoting, compensating, evaluating, and training workers.
  • Assess need for and develop job analysis instruments and materials.
  • Observe, interview, and survey employees and conduct focus group meetings to collect job, organizational, and occupational information.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining Database and handbooks.
  • Develop, implement, administer and evaluate, including performance appraisal, affirmative action, and employment equity programs.
  • Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them.
  • Process and review employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
  • Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.
  • Select applicants meeting specified job requirements and refer them to hiring personnel.
  • Arrange for advertising or posting of job vacancies and notify eligible workers of position availability.
  • Prepare and set up for new employee orientations.
  • Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork.

Job Requirements

  • Have At Least 5 Years Experience at HR Field with minimum 2 years Experience at OD
  • Word - Excel - PowerPoint
  • Very Good In English (Write & Speaking)
  • HR Diploma or Certificate Holder is preferred
