Job Description
- Acts as safety lead during any emergency situation.
- Assists with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, environmental, & security standards.
- Evaluate Staff members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Plan & supervise the facility maintenance activities
- Provide overall supervision of the building to ensure all machinery & equipment are running smoothly.
- Support Facility Manager in overseeing & agreeing on contracts & providers for services.
Job Requirements
- BS's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative position with 2 years in facility management leadership role.
- English Language Proficiency is a Must.
