We are a new established American organization based in new Cairo looking for Female Customer Service Representative to run USA’s operation from our office located in Madinaty - New Cairo.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.

Job Requirements
- Fluent in English in order to deal with Americans and other foreigners.
- Very good in MS office.
- Hard workers and have the ability to work under pressure.
- Bachelor degree or higher education.
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Adjustable with shifts rotations (Day-noon-night).
- Any nationality is applicable to apply.
