Job Description
Sales and Sales plans:
- Selling LV panel offers for several types of enclosures (Prisma, Spacial “Schneider electric’s offers” and local manufacturing enclosures) to clients focusing on volume, profitability targets and deadlines.
- Creating added value for the customer and TEBA and ensures successful deal taking into consideration delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions
- managing opportunities successfully, and follow up sales pipeline to maximize sales revenue.
- Plan and priorities personal sales activities/targets and customer/prospect contact, on a quarterly basis after the discussion with the sales manager to reach sales realistic forecasts
- Identify and generate leads through networking, cold-calling and marketing, converting them into key accounts
- Identify company’s position in market by being fully aware of new products and competition status,
Customer relations:
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs and provide the right solution.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience / satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Expand company’s existing client base.
Running orders:
- Follow up internal department execution to ensure delivery of finished goods on time,
- Solve problems and client inquiries where needed, perform administrative procedures in sales processes and payment collection.
- Attending the clients’ inspection visits to the factory and internally coordinate the visit
New market opportunities:
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.,
- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up by routine visits to clients for new tender inquiries or orders.
- Make ongoing field visits to the area in order to find opportunities for sales, gathering market and customer information.
Offer preparation:
- Ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers in coordination with tendering department.
- Provide Customers with the required support, pre-sales technical assistance and Respond to their requirements,
- Prepare material Technical submittals and cover all consultant comments till we get the consultant approval
- Negotiating tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both client's and company's needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical Power Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience as direct Sales of Low Voltage panels.
- Passionate about the sales career and has strategic planning and strategic judgment abilities.
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
- Aware of Low voltage market /products/potentials clients.
- Very Good user of MS Office.
- Excellent written and spoken Communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, Persuasion and Negotiation skills.
- High self-confidence and Excellent communication skills.
- Owns a car
- Willingness to travel
