Job Description
- Handling incoming phone calls when needed.
- Responsible for office management (scanning, faxing, emailing, photocopying & recording minutes of the meeting)
- Make sure that our company policies and rules are implemented.
- Handle and organize booking process for (tickets, Hotels, training rooms & meeting rooms)
- Help the employees in the required procedures of issuing travel visa.
- Support in some HR tasks (Attendance, Hiring Documentation....etc)

- Bachelor Degree
- High level of English and Arabic business written and spoken.
- Excellent command in using Microsoft office (outlook- word-excel-power point).
- Analytical Thinking and problem-solving skills.
