Job Description

Store Keeper is the key point of contact between INEC store & our purchasing, Sales & accounting departments.

We are looking for an organized, experienced Store Keeper to be responsible for all. You must be able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with all customers internal & external. Able to manage stock by keeping a record of sales requests and ordering the required items.

  • Maintaining and updating records.
  • Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
  • Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
  • Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
  • Compiling balance, price and cost reports.
  • Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
  • Manage and train store staff.
  • Plan promotional campaigns for new products or specials.
  • Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years work experience as a Store keeper preferred in computer & Electronics.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical & time-management skills
  • Must be organized and punctual.
  • Well-presented and professional.
  • A high school qualification or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in retail, preferably in a computer and electronics field, would be advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
