Job Description
- Maintaining the MD schedule and coordinating the needed events, such as conferences, meetings and conference calls.
- Preparation of correspondence, presentations, mailing lists and other documents as requested.
- Maintaining files, both electronic and hard copy. Other tasks include conducting research, faxing, photocopying and mailing. In addition, must prepare and maintain travel requests, hotel and flight booking and expense report for the Managing Director.
- Preparing reports and managing projects for the top Management.
Job Requirements
- BS's degree.
- English language proficiency is a MUST.
- French language is an edge.
- Communication skills.
- Giza Residency is preferable.
