Job Description

  • Managing correspondence with suppliers and vendors.
  • Coordination and follow up with the company's internal departments (finance, purchasing, technical office, the factory, etc…)
  • Formulating the business plan as per the company's vision and strategy.
  • Organizing and sharing delivery plans.
  • Preparing, processing and tracing contracts (payments, conditions and other related issues).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with 2-5 years of experience in the same role.
  • Engineering / designing background is highly preferable.
  • Excellent command of English & MS-Office applications. (Word – Excel – PowerPoint)
  • Presentable – flexible – creative – self-motivated – well organized – multi tasking oriented.
