Job Description
- Achieves sales targets and increases the company’s market share in Africa.
- Develops a network database for new export markets in Africa as well as maintaining current customers.
- Prepares and attends industry-related exhibitions
- Coordinates export orders to ensure an accurate delivery of the right product specifications.
- Generates Market and Sales related reports.
- Coordinates all export sales transactions such as: Customer Response, Orders, Payments, Delivery Schedules, Customer Complaints and Service Levels.
- Responsible for increasing Customer Satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field in Africa, with a reputable FMCG company.
- Excellent Command of English Language, French Language is a plus.
- High knowledge of L/Cs terms & UCP 600
- Very good Communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Very good Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Internet).
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, Team Player.
