Sr talent acquisition specialist will serve as a dynamic, full life cycle recruiter and provide broader human resource support for a team-leading regional expansion in the MENA region. You will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the firm’s partners and portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain responsibility for executing regional talent acquisition strategies and initiatives,
- Bring on board rock star candidates to conduct interviews for key roles for our portfolio companies
- Design, develop, and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Employee relations: Engage with employees and answer questions regarding benefits, employee relations matters, transfer requests, wages, and working conditions
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the
- organization
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
- Acts as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics
- Support business leaders and staff in a range of HR activities, including retention, performance management, compensation administration, and employee relations among others.
- Day to day duties related to the Human Resource function: new hire onboarding, I-9 verification, and orientation

This position is based in Cairo, Egypt with frequent regional and some international travel.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR role
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
- Good knowledge of candidates selection methods
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
