- To provide in person or remote technical support to ERP system users (Infor M3) and HR users.
- To answer and resolve technical problems through IT ticketing system.
- Triage inbound support ticket.
- To analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by end users.
Job Requirements
- Computer Science degree, with 3 -5 years of relevant experience, and has SQL Query and ERP knowledge.
