Job Description
- Sell all products related to travel and to the company
- Marketing materials for the company and for social media
- Maintain all social media pages and websites
- Think of new products and how to sell them
- Create a sales & marketing team
- Handling Groups
- Making arrangements for Ticket, transportation, accommodation, tours, and activities inside & outside Egypt
- Handling invoicing and issuing of vouchers.
- Handle inbound and outbound holidays packages for groups and individuals.
- Researching travel information and using market research information to guide decisions.
- Advising clients & provide general or specific advice about different travel destinations.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints and make alternative arrangements for customers who have had their trips interrupted by unforeseen issues
Job Requirements
- Willing to start immediately.
- Written and Spoken English
- Experience in the travel industry
- Experience in sales & marketing
- Social media awareness
- Hard worker with a positive attitude
- Hotel Bookings
- Strong basic computer skills, have ICDL
- Previous experience in photoshop would be a plus
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
Prefer courses in any of the following:
- Advertising
- Communications
- Marketing
- Business or management
