Job Description
- Supporting the proper implementation & the Follow up of the customer complaints procedures, to ensure customer satisfaction cooperating with Q.A. Manager.
- Performing process control activities applying SPC (Statistical Process Control), Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Support in setting internal audit plans according to FSMS (Food Safety Management System), Safety and Occupational MS, EMS and other Development Systems according to company schemes and carry it out with QA Manager.
- Support in preparing recent QMSs updates requirements and communicate the updates in company procedures as well as all interested departments
- Ensure that company FSMS, EMS, OHSAS , Company Internal System , Codes, Procedures and requirements are properly applied
- Support in monitoring QMS objectives and Processes KPIs results
- Follow up the implementation of PRPs, OPRPs and Food Safety Plan and assign the implementation deficiencies
- Support in providing internal training to all interested departments concerning FSMS and other applied QMSs
- Support in QMSs verification, validation and continual improvement
- Support in identifying nonconformities and appropriate corrective and preventive actions as well as follow up their implementations
- Support in performing internal and external audits as being requested to ensure proper implementation of procedures and QMSs requirements, prepare findings & audit notes and determine the necessary corrective actions.Support company's certification efforts within Quality Assurance and related
- Follow up on the document Control system by regularly reviewing the system & ensuring the implementation of the QA department procedures.
- Conduct with the QA Manager regular Food Safety Meeting and follow up on the completion of the action plan in the meeting minutes.
Job Requirements
- Bsc Degree of Agriculture or science is preferred
- Solid Food Safety Management System background is a must
- Very Good Computer Skills.
- 2 to 5 years of Experience in equivalent Field.
- English language is mandatory.
- Quality Management Systems background
