Job Description
- Conduct needs analysis with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design curriculum and courseware for effective blended-learning.
- Work closely with SME and production team to design and develop e-learning content that may consist of an assortment of media types such as video, animation and other instructional technologies.
- Write scripts and produce storyboards for various instructional materials.
- Design in-class learning activities that complement online instruction.
- Perform functional testing of online courseware and ensure that courseware meets quality.
- Implement quality improvement plans using data collection instruments to monitor learning outcomes.
- Evaluate effectiveness, and make adjustments to content.
- Monitor and identify trends in the instructional design of blended-learning courses.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Instructional Technology, Mass Communication or related qualifications.
- At least a year of working experience in curriculum design, instructional design, content development and training practices
- Strong writing and visualization skills
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and projects
- Competent in the use of authoring tools such as Captivate, Storyline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
