Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Study tenders/RFQs received from team leader
- Conduct site visits whenever needed to prepare a bill of materials according to the project specifications (Male only)
- Develop technical & commercial proposals in compliance with the appropriate engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instructions, etc.
- Effective management of recorded project details
- Amend the bid/proposal with any required modifications and keep a record with the latest requirements and adjustments
FOLLOW-UP
- Submit all reports requested by team leader
- Escalate problems to team leader in a timely manner to minimize business exposure
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Male or female
- BS of electrical/mechanical engineering
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in fire fighting systems [FM-200, NOVEC 1230, INERGEN (IG-541), CO₂, sprinklers, etc.] and/or fire alarm systems (Conventional, addressable, etc.)
- Excellent user of MS Office
- Excellent user of AutoCAD
- Team working
- Ability to work under pressure
- English business reading & writing
- High level of accuracy
