Job Description
- Monitoring the employee attendance data & attendance reporting
- Responsible for new hires onboarding activities and preparations
- Assist in the payroll monthly closing
- Following up the employment documents and the employee's social insurance
- Managing company mobile lines with the vendors
- Managing employees medical insurance
- Assist in hiring blue-collar positions
- Following up the building maintenance activities
- Following up the purchasing all non-trade items
- Following up the payments of contracts
- Keep records for all employees files and important documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of business administration or any relevant degree
- 3-5 years experience in the HR field or administration positions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in freight forwarding field is plus
