Job Description

  • Monitoring the employee attendance data & attendance reporting
  • Responsible for new hires onboarding activities and preparations
  • Assist in the payroll monthly closing
  • Following up the employment documents and the employee's social insurance
  • Managing company mobile lines with the vendors
  • Managing employees medical insurance
  • Assist in hiring blue-collar positions
  • Following up the building maintenance activities
  • Following up the purchasing all non-trade items
  • Following up the payments of contracts
  • Keep records for all employees files and important documents

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of business administration or any relevant degree
  • 3-5 years experience in the HR field or administration positions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in freight forwarding field is plus
