Job Description
We are looking for an articulate, well-driven and dedicated individual who enjoys the breadth of tasks associated with managing a busy Partner. The successful candidate will have be a senior PA within the team.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- High-level diary management and secretarial support.
- Prepare and collate meeting papers and documents.
- Extensive liaison with internal and external clients
- Co-ordinate/organise internal and external meetings; booking meeting rooms, arranging telephone conference calls and presentations
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Responsible for looking after the Managing Partners and assisting with day to day duties
- Screen emails, resolve queries and take messages as appropriate
- Organise travel arrangements.
- Printing and binding presentations as required
- Minute taking, copy typing and amendments of all correspondence (including minutes, internal and external meeting notes, spreadsheets, faxes, letters, memos, reports etc
- Timesheet data entry
- Follow up with on various matters and deadlines.
- Provide assistance in any required task y the Managing Partner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience.
- Ability to prioritise and reprioritise tasks where appropriate
- Arabic/English is essential
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence to proactively take ownership for action points.
- Having a license to working Egypt is a plus
