Job Description
- This position performs on site installation , preventative and corrective maintenance for Comtec products at various customer sites .
- May travel throughout Egypt as required .
- The engineer is expected to successfully troubleshoot , diagnose and repair products
- Perform maintenance and complete all service documentation and reports on time
- The engineer must maintain a professional appearance and provide superior customer service
- Represent Comtec , provide customer service satisfaction
- Complete service documentation including reports spare parts requests , etc .
- Submit weekly expense report
Job Requirements
- Education : Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years technical support or field service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Can travel throughout Egypt as required.
