Job Description
- Perform all aspects of regular customer feedback process.
- Manage customer complaints and requests and refer to the responsible person.
- Manage customer relation via social media.
- Receive and do calls for customers .
Work Conditions:
- Location: Nasr City
- Shift AM From 9:30 am to 4:30 pm 7 hours/day , 6 days/ week,Friday off
- Shift PM From 4:00 pm to 10:30 pm 6:30 hours/day , 6 days/ week,Friday off
- Salary:2000-4200 L.E according to experience and Job type (Full time or Part time)
