Job Description
- Maintaining and monitoring our existing relationships with hotels with frequent calls to hotel sales and revenue managers.
- Establishing new partnerships with hotels that we do not currently work with.
- Negotiating contracted rates and availability with both existing and new hotels.
- Achieving specials with individual hotels, rate amendments, overrides, setting sensible targets.
- Coordinating with our Freesale, Sales, Reservations and Accounts teams to ensure a smooth working relationship.
- Loading & revisions the contracts while loading with release & stop sale updates at the Intranet
- Negotiate with suppliers & regularly monitor to ensure the company has the best rates
- Negotiate special offers and exclusive deals with all hotels throughout the year.
- Conduct the required number of business trips to improve relations with suppliers and negotiate best in market rates in line with business requirements
- Address and resolve any issues with suppliers
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience at the same filed
- 5+ years overall experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good English Language
- Negotiation Skills
