Job Description

  1. Fetch out business opportunities and identify new projects and markets in Egypt, Arab world and Africa.
  2. Develop and execute business development plan that meets CPAS strategic goals and reinforce profitability and competitive edge.
  3. Establish database for CPAS projects, clients and their business profiles and classifications.
  4. Prepare technical and financial proposal for different projects needed.
  5. Prepare internal project budget.
  6. Monitor and update CPAS pipeline to keep business development specialist focused to close sales more efficient as well as implement plan for measuring and monitoring progress.
  7. Coordinate closely with CPAS technical departments or outsource experts in preparing CPAS technical and financial proposal.
  8. Attend financial negotiations meetings as CPAS authorized representative in participation with top management.
  9. Attend industry events and trade exhibitions to stay abreast of market conditions, competition, and establish relationships with existing clients and prospects.
  10. Plan, prepare and deliver presentation that demonstrates positively project plan.
  11. Attend pre-bid meetings with clients and scope of work and other details of the requirement.
  12. Motivate others and provides leadership to accomplish team goals without having direct authority over team members.
  13. Create the needed reports, documents and manuals as needed for clients and CPAS top management.
  14. Select outsourcing consultants and evaluate their performance throughout different projects.

Job Requirements

  • MBA is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Architecture, Business or related discipline required.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Outstanding presentation, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Fluent written & spoken English and Arabic.
