- Review evaluation of problematic systems or facilities and approve what installation or repair services need to be performed.
- Perform evaluations of building systems.
- Plan maintenance activities.
- Follow up implementation of maintenance procedures.
- Quotations and execution for renovation projects.
Job Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Facility Maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture/Civil/Electro-Mechanical).
- Good Communication skills.
- Good command of the English language.
- Good working knowledge of Auto-cad, ERP systems and MS Office.
