Job Description
- Identifying new BD/Sales-Potionel- leads-in-different market segments as per MADA Holding plan suiting MADA Holding – Services & Products Portfolio as E.P.C Holding Company.
- Pitching products and/or services Civil Work construction projects and MEP Service Implementation Projects
- Maintaining perfect relationships with existing customers, With Developing NeW Customers Business Lead
- Researching & developing organizations online of new leads and potential new markets As per MADA Holding – Market Segments (Construction – Telecom – O&G – Banks -……)
- Researching the needs of other companies and communicate with decision makers about purchasing
- Set MADA Holding – Business Strategy Into Realistic On Ground Basis with Clear Plan To Achieve it
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Preparing presentations and sales displays into Targeted Customer
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s new products and services
- Preparing technical quotes and price proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Developing Marketing ,BD ,sales goals for the team and ensuring they are on the right track
- Training and helping team members develop their sales skills
- Attending industry events & exhibitions in order to generate business leads.
- Following Up Internally with Technical Teams to Generate RFQ with Best Competitive Offer Conditions & Prices.
- Working to weekly and monthly BD & sales targets and KPI’s.
- Lead Business Development Teams on Daily/Weekly /Monthly Basis to achieve Company BD Plan/Objectives
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6- 10 years working experience in the field of EPC Holding Company
- Preferably MBA Holder.
- Able to provide quality leadership to a large team of sales people
- Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems
- Excellent time management and organization
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
