About the Job:

Preparation and compilation of air-sea price quotes issued by all Egyptian ports and airports and all airports and ports of the world for all types and modes of shipping containers or parts or air freight and the work of a special table to be updated monthly.
Implementation of air, sea and land operations issued by all shipping systems starting from the confirmation of prices, review of documents and the implementation of shipping and issuance of sub-policies and follow-up shipping lines and aviation in the issuance of total policies in accordance with the shipping instructions announced either by the client or the agent.
Ensure that the shipment is carried out according to the journey booked, issuing the policies and reviewing them and obtaining the documents of the customer (the source) and attaching them to the recipient or agent.
Discuss shipping lines and airlines always to find out the survival of the service or stop, modify or change ... etc., and so aware.
Obtain the internal transport prices for the transport of exported goods and prepare a schedule for the use of the EX WORK system
Solve issues problems that arise with transportation or products.
Deal with couriers to get the best reasonable prices to fit the organization.

Must have strong freight forwarding experience not less than 3 years in freight
company is MUST.
Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client’s relationships
Experienced in follow up with Loyal ports
Experienced in dealing with shipping lines.
Hard worker & have problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Can work under pressure.
Can handle multitask work
Attention to detail.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to communicate by English language is MUST.
