Job Description
- Prepare bank reconciliation for ABC accounts , EGP, USD , EUR monthly
- Follow-up all incoming transfer from customers
- Issuing cheques , make all transfer to suppler against imported material and local material invoices
- Issue custom duties cheques , review form 4 for all imported material related to factory operation
- Control A/P for local and foreign suppliers ,follow-up payment and issue quarterly confirmation report for supplier to avoid to avoid different accounts and balances
- Control A/R and follow up collection and incoming transfer and issue a quarterly confirmation for customers
- Prepare and record all journal entries related to ABC factory on accountancy system
- Prepare monthly sales tax report to be delivered to tax authority
- Prepare with holding tax report quarterly to be delivered to tax authority
- Receiving payroll from HR part to record journal entry related to salary at accountancy system , and prepare income tax report , issue social insurance draft cheque and check for emergency box
- Prepare financial report such as income statement and cash planning monthly to be reported to FM
- Prepare statement of cash flow quarterly to be reported to FM
- Register new Fixed assets for ABC factory at accountancy system
- Commitment with QHS policy, procedures , and work instructions
Job Requirements
- Education : Required a university degree in Accounting or Business administration
- Past experience : 5 years in similar position
- Languages: fluency spoken , English and Arabic
- Computer skills : Excellent computer skills of MS office, computer literate with the ability to learn new software
- Job knowledge : Required professional verbal and written communication skills and excellent organization skills
- Background: preferred industrial and manufacturing background.
