• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans.
• Monitoring quantity and progress survey .
• Responsible for the architectural and design.
• Carrying out the risk assessment .
• Making sure the quality standards are met .
• Recruiting specialists and sub- constrictors .
• Overseeing all projects related invoices and billing.
• Controlling projects costing and scheduling .
