Job Description
- Will be required to visit all the stores regularly
- Responsible to track & control stock allocation & merchandise replenishment for all stores
- Responsible to determine the correct product mix for each individual store to ensure customer needs are met & sales targets are achieved
- Responsible to achieve targets set out by senior management
- Create sales analysis monthly to be presented to senior management
- Must communicate to senior management customer shopping motivation, customers needs, likes & dislikes.
- Strategize ways to introduce & promote new products to stores
- Ensure all stores maintain an effective display
- Evaluate each store and individual performances
- Ensure customer loyalty is achieved and address & manage customer complaints
- Responsible for staff scheduling
Job Requirements
Any specific requirements :
- Experience in retail management preferably in apparel
- 5-10 yrs experience
- Must be problem solver & strategic thinker
- Will be responsible to manage 25 stores across the country
- Must have ability to train & motivate the store staff
