- Position oversees a sales-force of 5-10 sales representatives
- candidate will manage the sales-force and aid them in opening new stores & markets
- create weekly & monthly targets for team to reach, and follow up to ensure senior managements targets are met
- create monthly analysis of sales to present to senior management
- help launch & promote new items to market
- create database of wholesale & retail networks from experience
- be proactive in creating strategies to increase growth and reach targets
- Track market needs and trends and report back to senior management
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in apparel field sales, in particular sleepwear & underwear.
- Must have great motivation & communication skills
- Great knowledge of the market; must go down to current & potential stores and create strong relationships and increase loyalty
