Job Description
- Investigate, diagnose and fix ITS application issue, or any incident that is disrupting the application service that business users depend on in case it does not require source code change.
- Act as an end to end service owner for ITS Banking Solution modules as part of applications support team.
- Manage communication between various stakeholders in the application support various processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, (preferably in business, IS or engineering)
- ITIL (preferably)
- SW development background (no language preference)
- Strong SQL knowledge
- 2-10 relevant experience in SW/DB development / application support role
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and PC skills are required. A demonstrated level of proficiency with core application, digital services, and software is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a customer service orientation are required.
- Abilities: Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- This role must be able to consistently and effectively meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- The job requires for both technical capability and business understanding.
