About The Product (EZURU):
- It is a platform for Leasing & renting residential properties and provide related services; in which you can surf different opportunities and offers to rent units in Egypt’s best spots, from North Coast to Aswan and from magical oasis of Siwa to the coast of the Red Sea enjoying wide range of services that are accessible only through us.
Responsibilities:
- Extracting the data of the properties offered.
- Marketing our data to customers.
- Receiving and executing customer requests.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives.
- Provide work reports accurately and organize.
- Responsible for receiving the cash from clients.
- Responsible for client's check-in & check-out.
- Responsible for adding real estates to the website.
- Responsible for making sure about client's information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field
- Proficient knowledge of Real Estate industry & Property Management principles
- Have experience in building startups and initiate businesses
- 2+ years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS applications and outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Thrive in a competitive and dynamic sales environment
- Highly organized and have a successful history of servicing multiple accounts while consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Able to work independently while simultaneously implementing company defined sales strategies
- Expert in influential / collaborative sales and negotiation techniques, including analytical skills that can identify and exploit key opportunities
- Enjoy prospecting for new accounts, setting up / maintaining displays and introducing our quality products to the marketplace
- Driven to meet sales goals and enjoy the upside of variable compensation programs that also reward employees for exceeding plan
- Instinctively address all customer questions and concerns promptly with business savvy solution / resolution strategies
- Available to work extended hours
- Excellent in English language written and spoken
- Own a car.
