Job Summary:

  • Call Center establishes insurance policies by obtaining client information; determining eligibility; maintaining database.

Responsibilities:

  • Explain services and commission, and answer questions from customers.
  • Track customer complaint resolution.
  • Achieve the monthly KPI's (Calls quality, AHT & Adherence).
  • Teach and guide our sellers to use our system to upload their properties by right way.
  • Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Customer focus, Data entry skills, Listening, Phone skills, Verbal communication, Building Relationships, Problem solving, Multi-tasking, Self-motivated & Quick learner.
  • Good experience in the Real Estate field.
