Job Description
- Enhance customer retention and expand the market share of products, solutions, and services, while ensuring profitable growth and customer benefits
- Participate in developing sales strategies for target Accounts by developing, implementing and updating the Account plan and producing customer analysis, and assessment of potential.
- Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
- Identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity, progress the opportunity to close, engage channel partners as needed and develop customer relationships that lead to joint success
- Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage Arx customers
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools is a bonus, including corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs
- Using Microsoft Office applications, and social media and cloud technologies
- General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly customer oriented manner.
- Very Good Presentation, Customer Service, analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while handling multi tasks at a time
