Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Creates and maintains employer image and campaigns that carry a direct and positive impact to the market, employees and candidates
- He/she will be responsible for all the designs for the Internal and external Communications along with branding emails, Social media posts (Facebook & Instagram),Careers website, events, flyers, newsletter, internal training program designs & Department’s presentation and other types of communications media.
- Works on designs to produce effective campaigns for the Internal Communications & People operations’ emails.
- Viral designs that will help to position our brand the MEDAF way.
- Responsible for photographing all the events and applying the needed edits to be published.
- Assists Training & Development function with needed presentations, material & handouts.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience within the field.
- Self-learner & starter.
- Highly creative with exceptional artistic style and always involved into state-of-the-art trends of design.
- Owns a thorough understanding of photography, typography and printing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- work well as part of a team, with a range of people
- Has an interest in social and cultural trends.
