Manage the daily workflow activities related to scheduling, delivery, installation, service and repair activities of the Installation Services Team.
uphold service levels regarding quality, accuracy, customer satisfaction and related performance metrics.
Ensure that delivery ticket confirmations are completed daily.
Manage the troubleshooting process to resolve customer issues. and code invoices to ensure accuracy from vendors, submit to Manager for
Directs workflow of warehouse staff, service delivery coordinator, and
installation team.
This includes responsible to uphold service levels with third
party vendor(s) regarding quality, accuracy, customer satisfaction and
related performance metrics.
Coordinate with Lines of Business Sales, Design, FC/SDO Operations
and Project Services team members on installation project timelines.
Develop all quotes related to services charges and provide to Sales.
Responsible for the purchase and maintenance of material handling equipment.
Hire, train, evaluate, discipline and terminate installation services associates as needed.
Implement and roll out new technologies and processes as required

A degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
3-5 years of experience in aluminum partition installation.
Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.
Experience using CAD, CAM, data analysis programs and related software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
