Job Description
- Plan, prepare and deliver course plan, training materials as well as course content.
- Submit syllabus to our Learning & Development department before the start of the course.
- Work with the students to transform IT Applications into usable end products.
- Provide students with syllabus guidelines including all course requirements, course evaluation procedures, attendance requirements, and related course procedures.
- Provide students with updated notes, session plans, visual aids and handouts
- Run the whole training program including all phases (e.g. course content creation, sessions’ delivery and students’ assessments).
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on project status and training results.
- Provide appropriate feedback on students’ work.
- Create an effective learning environment for students.
- Use appropriate resources, technology, and pedagogy in the delivery of courses.
- Maintain student attendance records, including “No Shows” (students who have not shown up for class).
- Respond quickly to e-mail requests from administration as well as students.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related field.
- AutoCAD Certification is a MUST.
- 2-3 years of Technical training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Superior interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the capacity to communicate with professionalism.
