Job Description

Job summary:


Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all the Company’s marketing strategies, and marketing communications, both external and internal as well as overseeing its development and implementation.
Oversee Marketing team, ensure company’ promotion and correct target audience.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Implement Marketing Strategies.

  • Identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy, based on company established objectives, market characteristics and other involved factors such as budget.
  • Develop short and long term plans and budgets for Marketing.
  • Make sure that company’s philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization.
  • Develop strategies to reach out the target audience and new ones.

2. Conduct Marketing Research and performance analysis.

  • Understand company services and approach key competitors’ activities.
  • Conduct research, interviews, surveys to identify Marketing trends and make recommendations.
  • Obtain customers’ requirements by analyzing business reports, survey results and other tools.
  • Create target audience, build campaigns and promotions based on above results or requirements.

3. Conduct Performance Analysis

  • Evaluate Marketing team performance and other departments involved.
  • Measure the status of implemented Marketing strategies and make adjustments or recommendations to a new course of actions if needed.
  • Evaluate overall Marketing performance against sales, such as budgets, expenditures, and profit.

4. Branding.

  • Ensure articulation of Company’ desired image and position.
  • Assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Company, and assure
  • Communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.


5. Marketing Management.

  • Coordinate media interest in company and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
  • Act as the company’s representative with the media.
  • Oversee Marketing content and materials across all company online/offline channels.
  • Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing.
  • Develop and coordinate means to seek regular input from the Company’s key customers regarding the quality of services.
  • Managing company brand image, tone and personality to achieve brand objectives.
  • Managing, moderating and specifying databases.

6. Team Management.

  • Manage, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide Marketing team both paid and interns.
  • Transmit to team the Company’s values, vision and direction.
  • Modeling people and coach them to success.
  • Support and oversee cross-functional heads throughout the company.

7. Reporting.

  • Monitor marketing metrics across online channels in order to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Prepare end of month and campaign reports reflecting ROI and impact of sales and marketing activities.
  • Report competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
  • Work with finance to report on budgets and forecasts.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge and understanding of startups ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of market research practices and techniques.
  • Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies.
  • Experience analyzing data.
  • Budget and cost analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms.
  • General business & team management.
