Job Description
- Provide technical support for all activities related to the installation and examination of the operating systems of wired and wireless networks and their accessories.
- Follow up the work of computers and accessories and installation of software and updates and diagnose faults and maintenance of them.
- Preparing any new or existing equipment whether for new employees or current employees
- Monitor the work of the Internet service and its problems and the use of staff and provide technical support and follow-up to solve the problem
- Installation, extension, maintenance, and definitions of networks and associated devices
- Work on the implementation of backups according to the strategy of backups of data and files
- Participate in the design, modernization, and expansion of the network to contribute effectively to meet the needs of the company
- Follow-up maintenance contracts with companies contracted with data lines leased from local telecommunications companies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field, preferably computer science
- Good command of English language
- +3 years experience In the same field
