Job Description
- Greet CPAS visitors and clients in a positive and professional manner at office and via phone.
- Manage all CPAS correspondences, memos, mails, emails and letters.
- Schedule and arrange CPAS appointments and meetings as needed especially for the top management.
- Taking meeting minutes that capture critical and actionable information and follow up plans.
- Coordinate in organizing CPAS events, meetings as assigned.
- Supervise CPAS secretaries in all other departments.
- Follow CPAS policies and procedures.
- Assist CPAS staff in obtaining needed information or tools by top management and staff.
- Complete monthly and ongoing support of files to ensure compliance.
- Maintain CPAS filling system in cooperation with secretaries and IT department.
- Supervise all messengers, office personnel, drivers and fleet management.
- Ensure safety by completing or scheduling general maintenance of CPAS building, supplies and vehicles.
- Prepare and deliver CPAS weekly and monthly reports from CPAS divisions and units.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with concentration in business or related studies
- Graduates of MIU, GUC, BUE, MSA and AAST, etc. are preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills.
- High communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professionalism and confidentiality.
- Speedy typing.
- Fluent written & spoken English and Arabic.
