Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to implement automation and workflow improvements to efficiently protect our users;
- Provide a high-quality experience to our users by ensuring the product is accurate, up to date, and compliant with defined quality standards;
- Develop and share quality best practices and help the Product team to deliver on time;
- Respond to Marketing and Operation and Sales sensitive escalations
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Quality and Operations teams to create and improve processes to help Jumia Travel grow
- Work on innovative scalable solutions that are efficient and effective;
Job Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering/scientific domain or related
- Willingness to travel to occasionally Europe and African countries (up to 10% of working hours)
- Passion for web technologies;
- Ability to collaborate globally and work cross-functionally with other teams;
- Analytical approach;
- Detail-oriented mindset;
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in project management or e-commerce is preferable
- Experience in software development agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) is preferable
