Job Description

  • Conduct research activities to identify a list of potential suppliers
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and ensure that the data are entered into the system
  • Ensure that the correct quantity of materials is delivered to the warehouses in a timely manner
  • Monitor all purchase orders and follow up amendments with suppliers
  • Contact with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders
  • Study and evaluation of official tenders and make recommendations for awarding contracts
  • Verification of shipments to ensure the quality and quantity of items purchased
  • Contact each supplier and obtain information on price, availability, quality and problems
  • Initiate contact with suppliers to verify availability of required documents
  • Consult with the store or end-user team to identify procurement needs
  • Request / prepare sample
  • Save and control documents and documents
  • Control all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Initial verification of all shipping documents required in advance before sending them to the customs agent

Job Requirements

  • A scientific qualification in suitable specialization
  • Experience of not less than two years in the same field and preferably in the field of paints.
  • Good dealing with computer programs and office equipment.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
