Job Description
- Receiving inbound calls for customer's inquiries and orders.
- Identify and assess customer's need to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate,valid and complete information.
- Create bookings for customers
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives & follow up to ensure resolution
- Share knowledge with colleagues and follow up with the concerned employees to close pending issues.
