Job Description

  • Receiving inbound calls for customer's inquiries and orders.
  • Identify and assess customer's need to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate,valid and complete information.
  • Create bookings for customers
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives & follow up to ensure resolution
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and follow up with the concerned employees to close pending issues.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in the call center/customer service is preferred.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Team players.
  • BA Degree
