Job Description
- Prepares the Annual strategic Safety Plan.
- Prepares the Annual Safety Training Plan.
- Prepares annual and semi-annual statistics for government agencies.
- Conducts training for new employees on safety principles.
- Conducts advanced safety training for promoted employees.
- Prepares risk assessment reports for equipments & production process.
- Prepares hazard analysis presentations.
- Prepares governmental documents & requirements.
- Prepares environmental measures & records.
- Performing regular safety patrols all over the site.
- Conducts daily and weekly inspection in UCMENA Cafeteria and ensure the application of health and safety rules.
- Maintains good relationship with governmental auditors.
- Assists in updating HSE internal policies.
- Translates the international policies to a local language.
- Evaluates and compares safety assessment sheets.
- Preparing check sheets for old & new equipment & machines.
- Identifies the risks & hazards in each process.
- Prepares presentations & safety posters.
- Prepares Monthly HSE Report.
- Conducts Monthly HSE committer training.
- Participates in development and administration of performance review system to ensure compliance with HSE rules.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Residents of Suez is a must
Skills:
- Very good leadership skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Very good Computer skills (Microsoft Office and Internet).
