Job Description

  • Responsible for preparing offers, tenders & quotations.
  • Helping in projects study.
  • Following up sales team activities and reports.
  • Handling all tendering phases of a new project
  • Serving existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
  • Help in the engineering of projects with the sales team.
  • Reviewing specs and standards of products.
  • Visiting customers when needed.
  • Acting as Liaise between departments.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3 - 6 years
  • Male or Female
  • BSC of engineering (mechanical or electrical )
  • Project Management, Quality Focus & Analyzing Information.
  • High Technical understanding & experience, Attention to Details and Problem Solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work well under pressure and commit to deadlines.
