Job Description
- Creating and implementing MarCom plans to increase market share, create brand awareness and customer interest across direct and indirect channels
- Oversee the creation and execution of MarCom plans (ATL & BTL)
- Manage & execute sales promotion campaigns to drive sales objective and growth
- Manage & execute key customer events
- Develop & manage the Marketing Activity calendar
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials
- Coordinating with and managing agency partners
- Creating marketing presentations for stakeholders
- Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products, and promotions
- Developing schedules and maintaining deadlines
- Create effective projects relating to digital marketing and social media
- Track & manage Marketing communications budget
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field
- 15+ years of experience in the marketing field (including at least 5 years as a Marketing Communication Manager)
- MBA is a plus
- Excellent command of the English language
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
- Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
