Job Description
- Revamp (US based) is extending its team in New Cairo, building the award-winning SaaS CRM and scalable web solutions. We are hiring Support Engineer, will be supporting both pre-sales & post-sales Questions and inquires.
Responsibilities:
- Attend product functionality briefings and training sessions
- Conduct surveys on potential and existing customers.
- Conduct competitors research.
- Answer customers questions/emails/tickets about products or the company.
- Act as an advisor to customers regarding best practices and how to configure our solutions to their business.
- Make product demos for potential and existing customers to inform them about the product or new features/service following agreed-upon processes and scripts.
- Keep records of demos, feedback received proper follow-up afterward.
- Mid-day shift (From 12 PM till 8 PM).
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- 1-2 Year Experience in Technical Support.
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related.
- Logical thinking.
- Fluency in English. As you’ll be targeting the US market.
- Quick learner.
- Creative, Energetic & Driven Personality.
- Excellent Presentation and communication skills.
- CRM knowledge is a plus.
- eCommerce knowledge is a plus.
