Job Description
- Support application users in system issues to facilitate their role in the system smoothly.
- Good resolution for mapping between business needs requirements and the system (gap analysis)
- Gathering requirements and analyze it effectively to give a complete description for the solution or work around.
- Responsible for applications operations during implementation & after GO Live
- Make sure that internal dept. requests is fulfilled by partner or vendor
- Responsible for creating gap analysis document for new modules
Job Requirements
- Have a good experience in ERP financials & accounting framework and applications in general.
- Proven track record of application and ERP support, deployment, patching and issue resolution.
- Intermediate level of knowledge of database (MS--SQL) and oracle database as database backup, maintenance and administration, Q/A testing and procedures, automation knowledge.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in application and database support
- Can Identify, recommend and implement solutions for problems.
- A good application implementation record
- Familiar with OS windows server
- Good knowledge in Applications and ERP Financials
- SQL & Oracle DB standards and basic support
- Application support
- ERP Implementations life cycle & phases experience
