Job Description

Administration and customer service function

  • Logistics support and communication between the technical department and commercial department on all orders & projects installation, maintenance and site surveys from issuance till completion.
  • Maintaining customer relations with regards to pre-sales and post-sale phases.

Accounting and corporate reports

  • Issuance of the monthly expenses reports and suppliers and clients positions.
  • Calculating allowances, travel claims and other payments to staff members, experts and consultants, vendors and other clients
  • Monitoring collections from our customers in coordination with the sales department.
  • Responsible for A/P of the companies Vendors in cooperation with the technical department.
