Job Description
Administration and customer service function
- Logistics support and communication between the technical department and commercial department on all orders & projects installation, maintenance and site surveys from issuance till completion.
- Maintaining customer relations with regards to pre-sales and post-sale phases.
Accounting and corporate reports
- Issuance of the monthly expenses reports and suppliers and clients positions.
- Calculating allowances, travel claims and other payments to staff members, experts and consultants, vendors and other clients
- Monitoring collections from our customers in coordination with the sales department.
- Responsible for A/P of the companies Vendors in cooperation with the technical department.
