Job Description
Responsible for Following up and reporting on Partners’ training team performance Including:
- Overseeing KCs and trainees in-class performance Reporting to Wssel QA & TR Manager on batch to batch trends Create Training Needs Analysis and provide it to Partners’ training team & follow-up on progress
- Deliver Training to internal Wssel employees
- Will be responsible to create Wssel’s training material
- Constantly update materials
- Assist the Team by playing an active role in the on job training to the new recruits.
- Provide suggestions in policy development.
- Comply with the HSE policies of the company.
- Effectively deal with job stress, angry and upset customers.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a must
- Efficient & effective stake-holder management
- Ability to train and facilitate training for new hires
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Tools Including and not exclusive to Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook.
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Previous relevant experience in the Customer Service and/or Call Center of 3 years or more
- Must strive to promote a cooperative atmosphere in the department.
- Must be able to maintain cooperative working relationships with employees of various organizations and departments.
- Must have commitment to the organization.
- Must have the willingness to take initiative.
- Must represent the organization to other agencies staff and citizens with a courteous, helpful, accurate and business-like attitude in all telephone and personal contact.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
