Job Description

  • Assist in the development of brand content (in-house & out-sourced) through:
  1. Participate in the planning of marketing materials for assigned unit by identifying communications needs.
  2. Follow up the production of marketing communication materials in various media in accordance with the integrated marketing plan
  3. Create communication materials: that include all BTL activities from visuals, print POSM, Online, direct marketing in-store activation, Roadshows, Sales Scripts & Sales Stories.
  4. Participate & Manage ATL campaigns & follow up on efficient airing with the maximum ROI , monitor media spending plans and reports.
  5. Explore & apply new efficient trends of communication
  6. Create design & Schedule communication materials and alignment with trade marketing team and integrated marketing plan.
  • Create different messages to different market segments abiding by the brand strategy.
  • Manage the communication calendar and integrated marketing plan on timely basis.
  • Create training materials abiding by brand communication strategy.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors and Marketing agencies.
  • Prepare and submit various reports and schedules.
  • Assist in developing the Digital Content for various Social Media Platforms
  • Maintain and proactively update websites and all Social Media touch-points
  • Assist and coordinate Corporate Communication as debriefed from Manager
  • Coordinate design and print work with external Design Agencies following briefings from the Manager.
  • Participates in regular and ad-hoc meetings to ensure successful and smooth work operation.
  • Carry out the administrative duties to ensure the successful operation of the Communication Department
  • In addition to the above, carries out any other duties as directed by the CMK & Communications Manager.

Job Requirements

  • University degree
  • From 4-5 years of Experience in Marketing field.
  • Experience as Account Handling in Marketing Agencies
  • Very Good command of English & Arabic Language (Written/Spoken)
  • Very Good User of MS. Office
  • Diploma or certificate in Marketing
  • Creativity & Innovation skills
  • Very Good Communication skills
  • Strong Relationship building skills
  • Flexibility
